CommsOffice allows you to monitor the performance of your telephone system & data network to analyse trends, call costs, staffing levels, manager a contact centre or simply monitor staff productivity levels.

An innovative suite of communications provides management information at-a-glance including a "Today" screen which shows telephony & data activity in an organisation.

Comprehensive reports provide further detail and these can be saved, e-mailed or converted into PDF format for presentations or scheduled to run at specific times, such as end of the month.

Panasonic CommsOffice Standard features as CommsOffice Lite plus live ACD (automatic call distribution) statistics features;

- Wallboard view by agent, group or queue

- Scrolling "ticker tape" view that scrolls across a screen
