SmartConnect is the market leading solution for connecting telecommunications into business applications and databases for contact dialling and contact preview screen-popping.

SmartConnect is the "popping" application. It has been optimised within the Avaya IP Office for integrating with many common contact management packages including MS Access, MS Outlook, MS CRM, ACT!, Goldmine, Maximiser, SuperOffice CRM 5, Pegasus Opera II and Lotus Notes. As well as searching caller's details in the relevant database, SmartConnect can open the correct application and display the caller's personal records.

SmartConnect Enterprise includes all the features of SmartConnect but also integrates with any other custom application.
