Operating in conjunction with Callista Multifunctional for PMS this sophisticated interface gives you the opportunity to provide your guests with useful services such as automatic wake up calls, guest extension unlocking and locking on check in/checkout, Do Not Disturb, Message Waiting, room clean status, room move and guest

name notification.

Dual bi-directional command buffering of Callista Link means that if your front-of-house system is off-line for any reason, commands from the PABX such as wake up call answered, will be buffered until your front-of-house system in back on-line so that nothing is lost.

Conversely, if your PABX is off-line, Callista Link will buffer requests, such as checkin/out, from your front-of-house system and transmit them to your PABX when your phone system is back on line.

Callista Link operates with all front-of-house systems which use the Caracas Link interface.
